SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, during regular business hours. Once your order is processed, the shipping time varies based on the shipping method that is chosen and your location*. We’ll ship anything on our site to anywhere in the United States – even Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, free on orders over USD $150, and for international order, free shipping on order over USD $250. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

 

For the holidays we recommend ordering early to ensure your package arrives in time, especially this year as many shipping services are predicting one of the busiest online shopping seasons ever.

Dahomey insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is marked as delivered. Once marked as delivered, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Orders successfully marked as delivered may not be refunded.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your Dahomey online purchase, you may return it within 14 days of order receipt for a refund in the original form of payment. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your order, all sales after 14 days are final. ALL SALES AND HAIR ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number, please contact us at: customerservice@dahomey.com. Once you receive a response from us, shipping the item back to MARKET is at the customer's own responsibility. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

(*) International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and/or customs processing fees, which are determined by the destination country’s government. While Dahomey is not responsible for customs charges incurred on international deliveries, we are happy to help you understand current customs regulations in your country.
